My response to the outlaw

I've been away from the computer for little while and I thought I would return with this little message. A while back I received a video in an email that showed a woman who goes by the name of Josie the Outlaw.  The video is directed towards police and asks a simple question, at what point does following unconstitutional laws and breaking the oath you took acceptable?  And I am kind of paraphrasing what it asks but generally this is what the topic of the video is about.  And while I wholeheartedly support the message behind the video Miss Josie has left out one important thing.  And that one important thing is what I would like to discuss.

What is that one important thing you ask? I am so glad you asked.  How thoughtful and insightful you are.  That one little thing that Miss Josie failed to mention is the reason behind these problems to begin with. And those reasons span a couple different things which I will go over in detail.   And these reasons should not be a list solely at the feet of police officers.

First let's look at what a police officer is and is supposed today. A police officers job is to enforce the laws that we the people have decided to go by.  That's right, we have elected people and they have gone to Washington, to our state capitals and our city governments and created laws or allowed laws to remain on the books at our behest.  So if we are mad at police officers for enforcing laws that we don't like, what are we doing about it?  Being mad at the police officer for doing his job is kind of bonehead.

Now I will say all that with a kickback towards Josie that a police officer should do his job under the notion that it falls within a narrow scope of authority as it spelled out under the U.S. Constitution as well as their perspective state constitutions and city ordinances.  Police officers must also remember that they have discretion. Discretion is a little thing that police administrators do not like. Discretion allows an officer to ride a ticket or give a warning.  Administrators don't like that because they like statistics.  They like checkmarks on the stat sheet at the end of the month showing that you did something.  And to be brutally honest a police officer who gave out 30 verbal warnings is not going to be well-liked by administrators at the end of the month.  Even though he possibly corrected the bad driving habits of 30 people it is not a ticket or an arrest so it may not count towards his stats.

That may drive us into a whole Nother area that we may be concerned about. What is causing this drive towards numbers?  Is it the administration's desire to show that their officers are productive? Could it be that local politicians like the revenue that it generates? Possibly. But is this the fault of the lowly police officer? I don't think they deserve all the blame.

And back to Miss Josie's video. Police one day you may be faced with a choice. To not follow an unconstitutional law.  I tend to look at things a little different. Why are we having unconstitutional laws passed that may require a police officer to act upon it? Well, that sits solely in the lap of we the people as a citizenry.  We have allowed unconstitutional laws to be passed. We have allowed administrators to run amok. We have allowed political parties to push their own agendas. It's that simple.  If we the people elected people that were worth a damn we may not be in this mess. If those elected people would go and do what they're supposed to do we may not be in this mess.

But let's face it we are in this mess. We have allowed this to happen and it's not necessarily the police officers fault. It is our fault that we have allowed our government to get to this point. So what can we as citizens do about it? Well the first thing we asked citizen should do is get up off of our asses and get active.  That's right off the couch and into the trenches. That is the only way that we can ever hope to fix this mess.  And sometimes I'm not sure that that's even a possibility.

So there is my two cents on Josie the Outlaws video aimed at police.  I'm not saying that she is not correct about some things. Police officers certainly need to operate within their scope of authority.  But, if you have officers operating outside of their authority you doing sure better do something about it.   Start with their supervisors. If that does not change the behavior of a bad police officer that may be indicative of problems higher up the chain.  Next I would recommend going to the Sgt.'s supervisor or Chief. I say Chief but it could be the sheriff or other top level police administrator.  If that does not correct the problem I would try to solve it from a political standpoint. Go to the mayors office or city councilmembers office and voice your disapproval. This is where I feel a group of citizens has the most power.   Nothing motivates a politician more than the threat of not getting reelected.  If a mayor or city councilmember does not want to keep their police department in check, then you find someone who will and you put them in office. That means getting off your butt helping with the election processes and getting the boat out there.  So do it. Do it now!

Do You Appleseed?

If you are not familiar with the Applessed Project then I highly advise you to learn more about it and get involved.  I have been attending for three years now and have been taking my oldest since he was eight years old.  This is an organization that promotes the ideals that founded this country and a specific skill that is inherently American.  That is marksmanship.

Starting off in the morning you have a quick safety brief and learn about the First Strike of the Match that kicked off the American Revolution.  You know most of the stuff that is taught was missed in my "excellent" public school tenure.  From there we jumped into a quick run at the red coat targets to see where we stood as riflemen. 

Then it was down to the mechanics.  What skill set does it take to be a rifleman?  This is where the skills are taught.  Zeroing the firearm and working on the meat and potatoes of marksmanship. 

Later towards lunch were learned about the Second Strike of the Match that took place during that pre Revolutionary War point in history.  From there we continued our march towards rifled betterment.  Continuing through our courses of fire and honing our skills for the rest of the day. 

The next day we finished up with the Third Strike of the Match.  We learned what great sacrifices that our forefathers endured.  And in that learned what we need to do as a member of this great lands citizenry. 

We also started the AQT strings.  Are you up to the task of shooting like a Rifleman?  Well I was honored to receive my rifleman's patch.  They don't give these out.  You have to earn it.  And I am happy that my oldest is inching closer to his.  This was also my youngest boys first Appleseed and at six years old I am happy with what he got accomplished.   I was also privileged to pick up my orange hat and with start to learn to be an instructor for them.

I would urge any and everyone to attend on of these fine training opportunities.  Learn about what got us to the point of being America.  You will not be disappointed. 

And so the UN comes to make sure your vote counts.

Just found out that the UN is planning on making a pit stop in Alabama.  I knew that several moronic libtard groups were whining to the UN about coming and "watching" polls as to keep voter intimidation from happening.  I know voter intimidation happens all the time.  Just look at the 2008 elections. 

If you will remember that during the 2008 elections, an incident occurred that sent shock-waves across the American Landscape.  That's right.  Armed men stood out in front of voting locations with billy clubs and made hateful, antagonistic and violence filled speech aimed at dissuading certain people from voting. 

These men, who had an agenda and continue to this day to spew out hatred without any worry of prosecution it seems.  These men were part of the New Black Panther party.  With their less than iconic leader "King" Shamir Shabazz, who's famous words of wisdom include "lets kill cracker babies" and lets not forget “You should be thankful we’re not running around here hanging crackers by nooses and all that kind of stuff — yet, yet, yet”.  

Well, with good wholesome folks like these at the poles, I can understand why the ACLU and other liberal groups want the UN to come on down.  Except for one thing.  When the DOJ had the opportunity to prosecute this moron and his followers the dropped the case.  Even after these morons failed to show up in federal court.  Now, I am not a super smart guy, but failing to appear in a FEDERAL Court is not like skipping out on a traffic ticket.  

So it perplexes me why (or should I say WHO) is the ALCU and other libtard groups so worried about that they would allow someone from outside of the country to come in and "watch" voting polls when the one chance the DOJ had to actually prosecute persons that were actually intimidating voters they let go?  I guess it was not the right kind of person who they were looking for to make an example of.  

So here comes the UN to the rescue.  Hey America, just give all your sovereignty away why don't you. 

And so it starts....

September 11th..... A day to sit and reflect on a event that put a deep black mark on this country. A day that we remember the ones we lost to evil. An evil that is cowardice and hides in the shadows, only to strike at innocent men, women and children.

Well on this day, that we remember those things what did I see take place? I saw the Cardashian Mom discuss breast implants during the time that every other network remembered those events. I sat and watch islamic extremists remove the American Flag in Ciro and an American and U.S. ambassador to Libya killed by islamic extremists and terrorists. Unacceptable!

 And to make it worse, we have an administration that has brought it to this point by inaction. They have brought us to this point by the words that they spoke or refused to say. This very group of people that want to destroy Israel and America are not spoken of by this admin. Its like if they don't talk about it they will disappear.

The very Prime Minister that comes to America to speak to its leader is shunned away. Why? One leader of a Sovereign Nation comes to talk to another and gets blown off. Must have been some important world changing event going on. Oh, yes. He couldn't meet with the Prime Minister of Israel because he had campaign fundraisers to go to and to get ready for the Letterman Show. Disgusting. I am sickened!

I pray that you wake up soon America.

I'm back!

Well, I have been a wee bit busy since my last post. I also noticed that its been almost a year and the my last lost was on September 11th of last year. It has been a wild year and I am honored to have a new addition to the house. She joined us in December and is a little reddish blond ray of sunshine. As we close in to this very important election year, I look over what has transpired over the last four. Never in any other time in American history has so much happens in a negative way towards a individual Americans rights, never has the debt been so high with no relief in sight and a president pushing the gas peddle to make it even worse. It seems that both the president and Congress have decided that we as individual Americans don't really matter anymore. I say to them...kiss off. I truely hope and pray that we can right the wrongs that we as a nation of individual Americans have allowed to happen. And make no mistake, we have allowed this. We allowed this through countless years of being silent. How about we break that trend.

The communist goals were entered into the Congressional record by Albert Herlong, Jr. (a Floridian who served in Congress from 1949-69).

1) US acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2) US willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

Who is ready to go to atomic war? Man these guys are violent.

3) Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the US would be a demonstration of "moral strength."

Total disarmament might demonstrate "moral strength", but it also demonstrates total retardation by any leader that would push for it.

4) Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5) Extension of long term loans to Russia and Soviet Satellites.

6) Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7) Grant recognition of Red China, and admission of Red China to the UN.

11) Promote the UN as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the UN as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo).

12) Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

I really like this one.... I would vote for that one.

14) Continue giving Russia access to the US Patent Office.

15) Capture one or both of the political parties in the US.

16) Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17) Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism, and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in text books.

19) Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

This is garbage. I mean really. And the sad thing is that most of this crap has happened, or is in the process of happening. This garbage is begging for bloodshed. Either way if the commies start making headway, people will die fighting this crap or be killed after communism is established.

Can anyone else see this as a bad idea? I mean really. This administration is completely and utterly retarded. I am all for a consolidated command structure during times of need, but this is ridiculous. The National Guard is supposed to be at a State level for a reason. Why? Because the Federal Government doesn't need that kind of power. They are already reaching their grimy fingers into every other little recess of our life, the economy, the medical system and everything else you can think of. Lets give them more guns and troops. It won't ever backfire. Nahh!

The Truth About Gun Walker
Did the Washington Post inadvertently provide a smoking gun?

Earlier this week, the Washington Post ran a hit piece on Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), chairman of the House Oversight committee, designed to imply – without evidence – that Issa was aware of “Operation Fast and Furious” all along. That would be the astonishing Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms operation that deliberately flooded Mexico with American guns, and which Issa’s committee has been investigating.

The thinking behind planting such a story is almost as appalling as the “Gun Walker” scandal itself. If the story was true, and Issa had been aware of Operation Fast and Furious during its execution, would that make it somehow… excusable? In other words, the Congressman’s hypocrisy would be of greater interest than an Administration initiative that killed over 150 people, including a U.S. Border Patrol agent?

According to Bob Owens of Pajamas Media, his sources confirm this piece “had been shopped around to other news outlets and blogs by the Obama administration since the House Oversight Committee hearings last week.” Everyone except the Post took a pass.

Owens’ colleague at Pajamas Media, Hans A. von Spakovsky, today brings us a story that shows this isn’t the first time the Washington Post has either been duped by the Administration, or willingly served its ends, in the Gun Walker scandal.

It might also be one of the first “smoking guns,” if you’ll pardon the phrase, that sheds light on the true purpose of Operation Fast and Furious.

“On December 13, 2010,” von Spakovsky relates, “the Post ran a story about U.S. gun dealers with ‘the most traces for firearms recovered by police.’” This story included “the names of the dealers, all from border states, with the most traces from guns recovered in Mexico over the past two years.”

The point of this story was to assail a law passed in 2003 that shields the government’s gun tracking database from public view, and convey the impression that a lot of guns were illegally flowing over the border to be used in Mexican crimes. The Post made a point of reminding readers how this law was passed “under pressure from the gun lobby.”

Because of the very law its reporters were carping about, the Post would need to have obtained the data for its story either from an ATF leaker, or by hacking the ATF database, which von Spakovsky notes is “a far-fetched and highly unlikely scenario.” You would think the ATF would have become very upset, had its legally protected database been compromised by hackers, and the information used to generate a five-page story in the Washington Post. A leak is far more likely.

I know what you’re thinking, and you’re right about where this is going. Just wait until the end of the story before you pop a blood vessel.

“Two of the gun dealers the Post’s story assailed were Lone Wolf Trading Co. in Glendale and J&G Sales in Prescott, Ariz.,” reports von Spakovsky. “Lone Wolf Trading is number one on the list for Mexican traces; J&G is number three.”

There is one more important fact about Lone Wolf Trading Company and J&G Sales that you need to know. Would you like to guess what it is?

That’s right: they were both participating in Operation Fast and Furious. In other words, they were Number One and Number Three on the list of Mexican gun traces, because the ATF wanted them to let guns “walk” across the border. In a Fox News interview, the owner of J&G Sales specifically stated the ATF instructed him to “keep selling” guns to drug cartel front men.

The Post story was published the day before Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was murdered with a Gun Walker weapon, an event that prompted sheer panic among the geniuses running the operation at the ATF, according to recent House Oversight testimony. This was also around the time congressional Democrats and the Administration were heavily pushing a fabricated statistic that 90% of the guns used in Mexican crime come from U.S. gun stores.

Connect the dots: a story that almost certainly required information leaked by the ATF, in a paper noted for its friendliness to the Administration, was used to build the case that lax American gun control laws are contributing to Mexican gun crimes, when the ATF was secretly running a program that deliberately pushed American guns into the hands of Mexican cartels, without any serious plan to track them, until they were used in the commission of crimes.

Now, take an educated guess what the true purpose of Operation Fast & Furious was.
